Development Fair 2018

The slogan of "Democracy of Development, Sheikh Hasina's Principle", is being organized by the district administration, Laxmipur on January 11-13, 018 AD, Development Fair, 0188. This development fair, which lasted for 3 days, is the birth day of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. The fair is organized with the aim of involving the people, including the marginalized people of the country, with various development activities taken during the present government. In the Lakshmipur district like all over the country, the three-day fair was organized in front of the District Collectorate Building in the initiative of administration. In this, all government-controlled organizations including government ministries, departments, departments, banks, insurance, financial institutions are involved. The fair was opened on 9 January at 9.30 am, which is open for public. Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated the fair by video conferencing from her office at 10am on Monday. In this fair organized by the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology, Laxmipur office, the information about various initiatives and its implementation in this sector is presented to the public by participating in the construction of the stalls. The stalls allocated for banner, backdrop, fistoon, balloon and flowers are arranged well in the festive atmosphere during the participation of the entrepreneurs of Union Digital Center, all the officials of the district and upazila headquarters offices, upazila technicians and sadar upazila. In addition to presenting the development work of the public throughout the day to the public on the big screen through projector, the activities of the government building of the 2021 Digital Bangladesh were highlighted in front of the fair. Apart from presenting video footage of all the activities of the Directorate including Sheikh Russell Digital Lab, Learning and Arming Program, as well as informing the visitors about the activities of Directorate of Information and Communication Technology in the fair. Visitors' visitors are seen to take advantage of the convenience of the whole stall during the fair, due to the one-stop service provided by Union Digital Center. At the same time, videos and pictures of various development programs sent from the department were displayed. Besides, 10 different special exhibitions were organized in the present government led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Apart from this, cultural events are also being organized in Shilpakala Academy's Artists and Craftsmen every evening.
